Amesbury is 35 miles north of Boston and 20 miles from Portsmouth, NH. Bordered by the Merrimac River on the west, South Hampton, NH, on the north, Salisbury on the east, and Newburyport and West Newbury on the south, this classic New England town is an easy commute to Boston via I-95.
